1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by MediaJoy AI Automation, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Services Description

MediaJoy AI Automation provides AI automation consulting and implementation services for small businesses, solopreneurs, and startups. Services include but are not limited to:

• AI-powered customer service and phone answering solutions
• Automated appointment scheduling and follow-up systems
• Customer data organization and management
• Marketing content creation and social media automation
• Business process optimization consulting

3. Service Agreements

Specific terms for individual projects will be outlined in separate service agreements. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship between MediaJoy AI Automation and clients, while project-specific agreements will detail scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Consultation fees are due upon completion of consultation
• Project fees may require partial payment upfront
• Monthly service fees are due in advance
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in service agreements

5. Intellectual Property

Custom AI implementations and configurations developed specifically for clients become the property of the client upon full payment. General methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property remain the property of MediaJoy AI Automation.

6. Confidentiality

MediaJoy AI Automation agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information, business data, and proprietary information. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Limitations of Liability

MediaJoy AI Automation's liability for any claim related to services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. In no event shall MediaJoy AI Automation be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Service Availability

While MediaJoy AI Automation strives to provide reliable AI automation solutions, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or availability of third-party AI services. Service level agreements will be detailed in individual contracts where applicable.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, clients retain access to completed work products, and MediaJoy AI Automation will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

11. SMS Communications for Consultation Booking

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from MediaJoy AI Automation (Shahram Sedehi, sole proprietor) to continue conversations that were initiated through consultation booking or AI voice interactions.

These messages are specifically for:

• Consultation appointment confirmations
• Scheduling changes and updates
• Customer support responses
• Follow-up communications related to your booked consultation

NOT for promotional or marketing purposes unless you provide separate consent.

12. Changes to Terms

MediaJoy AI Automation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
